The cuisine

Our traditional recipes are adapted to meet everyday needs of our clients who can always have access to local products and, if possible, the seasonal as well.

We have a wide variety of dishes for all tastes; from meats to fish, vegetables, rice, pasta ... and let´s not forget the iconic croquettes and cannelloni, the authentic home references.

For special occasions, like Christmas or during the season of calçotades, we also offer our spit-roast chicken or romesco sauce, so you can enjoy a nice meal without spending too long in the kitchen.
